Our clinic is located in Suite 401/7 Help Street, Chatswood NSW 2067. Metered parking is available in front of the premise.   Pouch Therapy also caters to suburbs surrounding Chatswood.  

1 hour, where 50 minutes is used for one on one therapy sessions with the child and 10 minutes is allotted for documentation. Therapy sessions are priced at $193.99 per hour (as per NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits).

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. This is in accordance with NDIS Policies.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation, where late cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the therapy session fee will be charged. This is in accordance to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show) are able to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan, subject to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

We can assist you by providing a summary report or assessment report for NDIS funding indicating the child’s current progress in therapy and how occupational therapy can further support your child’s developmental needs.

We accept different methods of payments that would suit your needs, such as:

• Private Health Insurance - Please check your level of cover with your health fund provider
• Medicare Rebates - Ask your GP if you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Mental Health Plan
• Credit card/Debit card Payments - We accept VISA and Mastercard payments
• NDIS Funding - We accept both self-managed and plan-managed clients.
